Scheme summary:

Ankom Daisy Ⅱ simulated incubator was used to study the in vitro digestibility of the diet, and ankom RFs in vitro gas production measurement system was used to automatically detect the amount of gas produced by the fermentation of the diet.

 

Ankom RFs in vitro gas production measurement system can automatically accumulate the amount of gas generated by the digestion and metabolism of diet by fermentation broth in glass bottles by wirelessly connecting multiple modules, and record the air pressure data obtained by the module with professional computer software. The RFs gas production measurement system studies the degradation of nutrients in the diet, and judges the degradation rate of nutrients by the animals through the amount of gas produced by the fermentation time.

 

The in vitro true value degradation rate of diet was determined by ankom Daisy Ⅱ simulated incubator. 25 filter bags at each level (one blank sample for each group) were cultured continuously for 24 hours. The filter bags were taken out at 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h respectively, washed with clean water, dried, weighed, and the degradation rate of the digested diet was measured, including the contents of dry matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber.
